Idaho blue-eyed grass is a charming native perennial with delicate, violet-blue star-shaped flowers that bloom in spring and early summer. It prefers part shade to full sun with consistently moist, well-drained soil, making it well suited to meadow gardens, stream edges, or moist borders. Once established it is easy to grow with minimal care and naturalizes gracefully in Pacific Northwest native plant gardens.
