Slender st. john's-wort

Slender St. John's-wort is a delicate, wiry perennial that thrives in acidic, well-drained soils in partial shade or dappled sunlight, making it ideal for heathland-style or woodland garden settings. It requires very little maintenance — simply cut back old stems in late winter to encourage fresh growth. Its cheerful yellow flowers appear in summer and are valued by pollinators.
