Solidago rugosa var. sphagnophila

Wrinkleleaf goldenrod thrives in moist, part-shade conditions and is well-suited to bog edges, rain gardens, and shaded borders in northeastern gardens. It requires little maintenance once established — simply keep the soil consistently moist and avoid letting it dry out completely. Cut back dead stems in late winter to encourage fresh growth in spring.
