Sticky currant

Sticky currant is a native shrub of western North American mountain forests that prefers cool, moist, well-drained soils in partial shade. Its glandular stems and leaves give it a distinctive sticky texture and mild fragrance. Plant in a woodland or native garden setting and water regularly during dry spells, especially in the first few years after establishment.
