Tecoma stans var. velutina

Velvet yellow bells is a vigorous tropical shrub from South America prized for its stunning clusters of bright yellow trumpet-shaped flowers and softly velvety leaves. Plant in a warm, sunny to partly shaded location with well-draining soil, watering regularly during the growing season. In frost-prone regions, grow in a container so it can be brought indoors during winter, as it is sensitive to freezing temperatures.
