Teetulpa-weed

Teetulpa-weed (Diplotaxis muralis), also known as wall rocket, is a fast-growing annual or short-lived perennial with peppery edible leaves used in salads much like arugula. It prefers well-drained soils in a sunny to partly shaded spot and requires only modest watering. Deadhead spent flowers to prevent self-seeding if you want to control its spread.
