This New England native variety of American germander is a tough, rhizomatous perennial suited to moist, shaded borders, stream edges, and woodland gardens throughout the northeastern United States. It produces upright spikes of soft pink flowers through summer that attract bees and other native pollinators. Plant in organically rich, moisture-retentive soil and divide clumps every few years to maintain vigor.
