Thalassia hemprichii

Thalassia hemprichii, commonly known as tropical seagrass or Enhalus seagrass, is a fully marine aquatic plant that grows submerged in shallow coastal waters of the Indo-Pacific and is not suitable for home garden cultivation. It requires clean, warm, shallow saltwater with a sandy or silty substrate and stable nutrient levels, making it exclusively a species for specialized marine aquaria or conservation restoration projects. This plant plays a vital ecological role in coastal marine ecosystems
