Thamnobryum alopecurum, commonly known as fox-tail feather moss, is a shade-loving moss that thrives in moist, humid environments such as terrariums, woodland gardens, or shaded rock features. Keep it consistently moist with soft or rainwater and away from direct sunlight to prevent desiccation. It grows well attached to rocks, logs, or moist soil surfaces and requires little feeding or pruning.
