Alpine marsh speedwell is a cold-hardy, low-growing perennial suited to cool, moist environments such as rock gardens, stream edges, or alpine beds. It prefers consistently moist, humus-rich soil and partial shade, mimicking its native subarctic and alpine habitat. Keep soil from drying out during the growing season for the best display of its small blue-violet flower spikes.
