Yellow floatingheart is an attractive aquatic perennial with lily-pad-like leaves and cheerful bright yellow flowers that float on the water surface of ponds and slow streams. Plant it in submerged containers filled with loamy soil and place in a sunny, still-water position for best flowering. Be aware that it can spread aggressively and is considered invasive in parts of North America, so monitor its spread in outdoor water features.
