Yellow star-of-bethlehem

Yellow star-of-Bethlehem is a delicate spring-blooming bulb that produces cheerful star-shaped yellow flowers in late winter to early spring before going dormant by summer. Plant bulbs in humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in dappled shade, such as beneath deciduous trees or shrubs. It is largely care-free once established — simply avoid disturbing the bulbs during summer dormancy and allow the foliage to die back naturally.
