Curl-leaf Mountain Mahogany is a drought-tolerant, evergreen shrub or small tree native to western mountain ranges, thriving in rocky, well-drained soils with full sun. Once established, it requires very little supplemental watering and no fertilizer, making it ideal for xeriscape gardens. Its feathery seed plumes add ornamental interest in late summer and it provides excellent wildlife habitat.
