Lincoln's-weed is a hardy perennial with edible, peppery leaves similar to wild rocket, and cheerful yellow flowers that attract pollinators throughout the growing season. It thrives in poor, well-drained soils in a sunny to partly shaded spot and requires very little attention once established. Young leaves can be harvested for salads, adding a spicy, pungent flavour to dishes.
