Thymus hyemalis
Thymus hyemalis
Thymus hyemalis is a compact, aromatic winter thyme native to Spain that thrives in well-drained, sandy or rocky soils with plenty of sun. It is drought-tolerant once established and requires very little supplemental watering or fertilization, making it an easy-care plant for herb gardens, rock gardens, or borders. Trim lightly after flowering to maintain a tidy shape and encourage fresh bushy growth.
