Chives
Allium schoenoprasum

Water regularly but avoid waterlogging, and feed with a balanced fertilizer in spring to encourage lush growth. Harvest leaves regularly by snipping from the base, and allow some flowers to bloom to attract pollinators — just deadhead spent blooms to prevent excessive self-seeding.
